We walk the property and identify all surfaces to be washed, noting any damaged areas that need low-pressure treatment or hand-cleaning to avoid damage.
Stubborn algae, mould, or oil stains are pre-treated with biodegradable cleaners to break down contamination before the pressure wash begins.
Surfaces are washed at the correct pressure for each substrate — high for concrete and pavers, reduced for rendered masonry and timber to prevent damage.
A thorough rinse removes all cleaning solution residue. We inspect every area and re-treat any spots that need additional attention.
We advise on the minimum drying time before painting can begin — typically 24–48 hours depending on conditions — and schedule accordingly.
